Your budget data is shared with your partner within your shared Hearth account, as intended by the app's design. We do not share your data with any other third parties except:

Service providers who help us operate the app (e.g., hosting, payment processing), who are bound by confidentiality agreements
When required by law or to protect our legal rights

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data and budget history are permanently deleted within 30 days.
